Axios is searching for a self-motivated Order Management Associate who can offer reliable support to the sales and operations team and help improve efficiency as sales volume increases. In addition will assist clients with any issue to help maintain a high customer retention level. The Order Management Associate will support the operations by identifying, troubleshooting and resolving order issues, proactively updating customers on the status of their order and providing alternate solutions.
